I recently dropped about 10kg, because I wanted to cut and be more lean after long time of training and not really counting my macros.
Effects:
+Sharper focus
+Memory working better
+Aware and alert all the time (before had lazy eyes, now usually fully open and 100% in present moment)
+Sleep better
+Mood doesn't fluctuate, since I eat 2-3 times per day
+Don't have to drink and pee all the time, after eating
+Feel and lift higher weights, due to feeling better overall and my nervous system having orgasms every day
I went as far as sometimes almost starving whole day and eating only 1 or 2 smaller meals and had the most insane laser focus imaginable. This got me thinking, I've never really meet an obese smart person, but I know a ton of skinny faggots that only smoke and drink coffee in the morning and eat croissant and are then able to focus for hours on end.
Is it just me or does your mind really get so fucking bloated by consuming too much food and makes you tired with almost every meal?
