because of faults in society i am currently unable to give you a formula for conversion between base 10 and 11 and decimals and henemals. can somebody give a formula based on converting a number (123.21) between a base 10 (1-9, 10) system and a base 11 (1-9,A,10) system? how do 11-imals affect division?
