Pressure won't be a problem, trying to rig a fire extinguisher to the back of a moped with a dispersing attachment to remote detonate in case it gets stolen in the city and get spice all over the bike and whoever took it, getting to high enough temperature would be a problem might need some kind of heating element

try soaking your source of capsaicin in high purity ethanol and then adding water to the alcohol after the alcohol is saturated with capsaicin. if you dilute the alcohol down to 50% or less and you get a cloudy precipitate in the mixture once it's diluted then you might have a working solution which doesn't involve making a supercritical co2 extraction system out of a scuba tank.

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Try water, capsaicin, and a hydrophilic emulsifier. Propylene glycol in antifreeze might work as your emulsifier; it's not toxic unless ingested in large amounts and isn't particularly volatile. Add water to lower viscosity. Use an emulsion blender and goggles.

you need a lot of shear to dissolve stuff in PG, its fuckng annoying. rolling your own CO2 extraction rig is almost as reasonable as process to put yourself through. ammonia might be another option.
