First let us consider the scales of the system, not considering anything beyond the observable universe or smaller than the Planck length, any timescale beyond the interval between the Big Bang and the present.
Let's also assume, as OP has, that if you take a Big Bang "starting point" scenario, i.e. the system that generates universes such as ours.
We don't know the exact nature or state of that system, only that it generates space-time (not even sure about this one), matter, energy and information in very specific ways, if we don't make changes to the any of the universal constants or other physical laws which might result in very strange scenarios.
All the same types of physical objects we are familiar with are then generated (fundamental particles, atoms, planets, stars, galaxies, other unknown shit that exists), but not the exact same ones as in the actual universe.
How many of these Big Bangs do we require to create this exact arrangement of particles and fields in the universe, it must be a enormous number of tries, were I a cosmologist I might have be able to calculate it for you.
But I must also point out that the assumptions made above are unreasonable, and as far as I know, currently untestable.
