Like, you're saying a guy wearing a green vest shooting somebody is the exact same as a guy getting pulled over for a traffic violation and then hitting somebody with a car? Those are extremely different events. You're changing pretty much all of the details which exist.
For example, lets pick two random things; a carrot and the declaration of independence. Those are different right? Well, if I use your logic, I can just say "well they're both made of organic material, and they both have a weight in the same order of magnitude, so basically it's the same thing if I predict I'll find the declaration of independence at the supermarket and then I find a carrot at the supermarket"
