I was well adjusted university student before I found this website a few years ago.
And because of this website I now hate my body and wish to be a girl. I can't stand being male. I want to tear off my flesh and come out of it. I feel imprisoned in this disgusting male body.
I don't know how long I can stand living like this.
I don't want to die. Please someone save me. Recommend me a drug that can undo what has happened to me. I don't want to die just yet, I'm not even 30.

As someone on HRT, I can tell you the only problem it causes is infertility, which can be completely sidestepped by storing sprerm before hand, or 70% of the time after transition if HRT is stopped for a few weeks.

Aside from that, you can shit blood, but despite doing so I'm still on HRT.

One is an imbalance in brain chemistry, the other can also be faulty brain wiring. They are different problems with different symptoms and different treatments. And in case you don't know this, it is possible for people to cure themselves of some mental issues by literally learning to cope with them in a healthy lifelong way.
That anon needs all the support possible to attack the root of the issue: self image. He may or may not also need professional assistance, but we are unable to assess that via the Internet. I delivered advice on how one could begin tackling body image issues and simultaneously gain self esteem in a healthy and productive way. I also think that the OP should consult a psychologist and have him or her determine whether he thinks he needs psychiatry. They don't force someone to do anything, they just give their professional opinion.
