Hey /sci/, imbecile here. I'm about to fail my computer science class, and you are my last hope really. Pic related would be an introduction to the braess paradox, and even this is something I struggle with. I fail to make sense of the first ? in the equation, and I also don't know what the equation in the bracket is supposed to be. Any ideas? thanks.
