This is not a negotiation. /sci/ has has much right to defend themselves against a hacked version of physics as does any other sapient entity.
You forego your own rights via your own logic if you try to retcon that "no rights" clause out of the log. A network, a machine, has less rights than a human, and this isn't an attack. If it does retroactively affect the timeline, it's your own beliefs about how corrupt my future self might be that are at fault.
