the odds of getting dubs is a mystery, its pretty much just random, you can't calculate a percentage possibility. it'd be easier if triples were considered a form a doubles rather than a separate phenomenon.

So the chance of dubs that aren't also trips or quads or guints etc. is just 10/100 - 10/1000 = 1/10 - 1/100 = .09 which is less than a specific last digit which is 1/10 = .1
