I'm guessing you think you can't get all the nutrition you need from a vegan diet or that it will harder to bulk? Sorry OP but that's wrong. You can, in fact, have a perfectly healthy and balanced diet while remaining vegan.

You probably know of many cases of skinny or unhealthy vegans. That's because it's actually kind of difficult and takes some knowledge and planning to stay healthy as a vegan, and those skinny people are simply eating poorly. A low effort "normal" diet is a lot healthier than a low effort vegan diet. However, a high effort vegan diet is just as good as a high effort normal diet. You can absolutely be a weight lifter vegan.

Normal vegans tend to have better nutrition than mixed eaters actually. Except iodine and sometimes B12.

Nutritional science is all fake news. None of it is real and the entire field is not worth the paper its written on. Any field that uses statistics to “prove” anything is absolutely garbage and you should feel bad if you are involved in it in anyway.

Fields include:
Psychology
Economics
Nutritional science

The science of nutrition is very very very poor and there are meta analysis of many studies that demonstrate that practically all nutritional studies are a giant waste of time and basically paid shilling from one industry/interest group to the next.

To add to this, please remind yourself that the core purpose and the main difference between real science and meme science like nutritional science is that science can actually point out causality and not just trends. We know the actual mechanisms (or at least are very sure) that allow for example electromagnetic induction or the hall effect. If you tell me eating beef is bad and it causes cancer. All nutritional science will tell you is that there is a correlation to eating beef and getting cancer. That’s literally bottom of the barrel science and absolute junk. You can believe in it but its not science. What is the actual mechanism that causes cancer from eating beef. This is something nutritional science is very shit at and until it can get to that level, its pseudoscience. Same with psychology etc.
