if you self reflect, what was the reason why you got a B in precalc? Why did you do poorly? Lack of interest? Didn't study enough? Are you just stupid? Was your teacher just a man hating dyke? A letter grade alone doesn't say much

If you tried as hard as you can and studied a lot and still didn't get the highest grade then yes you are stupid. If you just half-assed it and still got a B then you're probably pretty smart. It's all relative, my man

Probably. I didn't make a B in any math course in my undergrad. Got my B's and C's in thermo and fluids. I did an applied math degree or my undergrad.

not at all. precalc isn't really related to anything you do further in math. the only bad sign would be if you struggled to be interested or if you had to work very hard to pass.

calc is more challenging and a better indicator of mathematical "maturity".
