We know about centripetal force, but the planet need to have it's initial velocity and momentum that is perpendicular to the centripetal force

Second is addressing the less relevant OP topic out of courtesy:

They say that the planets are aggregations of dust in the dust cloud that condenses in the center to form a new star. This is called protoplanetary disk around the newborn star. Supposedly it has initial rotation of dust around this new star.

isn't the earth a remnant of a supernova explosion? those gas clouds make eddy's that spin into compressed systems of dust and gas, and the left over spin from that compression is why planets orbit the sun
kinda like how eddy's form on airbubbles in a cup of coffee, we're basically just a more complex eddy of material

As a giant gas cloud collapses to form a star, it also naturally forms a spinning disk around it. This disk then coalesces into the planets and smaller bodies, which is why they all orbit in the same direction on more or less the same plane.

That is rather inaccurate. Space in general comprises dust (including the trans uranic elements) that was ejected form supernovae, but what we call the remnant is often a neutron star.
