1st, IQ is a bad metric to compare across races or even individuals. IQ is only useful as a metric when comparing it to the same person over a period of time.
2nd, environmental factors have provable effects on IQ and these environmental variable can not be removed from any study (whether a good faith or bad faith study) that's done into race and IQ
e.g.
>stress is proven to lower IQ
>being poor means constantly being stressed about money
>being poor also leads to different priorities, instead of training the mind people work
>choices in food also effect IQ
>being poor also means less choice in what you eat, and overall lower quality health
3rd, all humans are inherently racist. It exists in everyone, some nurture this, some try to eliminate it. But it's a bias that causes people to prejudge. In science we try to never prejudge the results of a study before they're completed. Using science, to justify our natural predilection for this prejudice will only harm science in the end. Which is not to say it's incorrect, as I said that in 1 and 2 previously. But rather attempting to study the effects of racism on IQ is attempting to use science to logically justify a logical error that exists in everyone, which can only have disastrous consequences. Whether it's correct or incorrect doesn't mater, because the process of humans studying humans makes it invalid.
4th, we all know you came here to reconfirm your prejudice. which means you really don't care about the science, which means this thread doesn't belong on /sci/
