From my understanding races don't actually exist. Among humans, at least. We are just too genetically similar for such diversity. However, what if races did exist? What would be the differences? Physical or Psychological?

I assume the differences would be less extreme than between humans and neanderthals, correct? Since the two are different species altogether, and not just different races?
