He even go full offtopic starting talking about knowledge. Knowledge and intelligence is not that same thing. It's easy to justify knowledge difference of British and Nigerian person while staying political correct. It's just the straightforward consequence of difference in education.
OP clearly meant the difference in intelligence. Not knowledge, not some political corrected test, but in pure raw intelligence. We all know people are not the same, and there is no reason to believe that intelligence in some magical factor that is constant over any arbitrarily selected community. Nigerians are in fact less intelligent, and less knowledgeable. That doesn't meant it has to be like that nor that it's purely genetical nor purely environmental thing. It doesn't mean we can't help them and it doesn't mean we won't benefit from helping advancing this society nor that there is a way to help. It's pretty much irrelevant, except for saying what is obvious for everyone, Nigerians are less intelligent than British people at this moment. He just doesn't have balls to say it.
