A balloon has a diameter of 9.9 inches. Find the volume of the balloon. Round to the nearest hundredth.
(Pretty sure it's not a sphere)

The problem is missing information. Is there no cross section of the balloon? Are you using the recommended browser for your online HW? I've had students come in asking questions about a problem that had something missing, and it was because they were using a non-compatible browser.

Well, all the other questions were coming up correctly. And there was absoluterly no other information.That's why it was infuriating. I even tried using a half sphere combined with cone using the only number as height as well (interestingly, somehow that came up the same as the sphere)

Also, I agree with the others that it might be asking you to assume it's a sphere, and maybe the problem is how you are entering in the solution. Email your TA, they get paid to deal with this stuff (professor probably won't reply).

The answer comes up to 508.0473684 on a graphing calculator. It says to round to two decimal places as necessary. That should be 508.05. That's wrong.
