2occatl.net was appearing to you all with Cyrillic characters instead of Latin, then it was certainly due to a man-in-the-middle character encoding attack carried out by the forces of Satan seeking to hide the Word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ. Here's a pastebin

These files in this .zip were the final files when I quit paying for hosting. What happened with the shooting was that I was homeless, and I went to go take a shower at the homeless services offices to get the filthy grime off of my balls. The security guard would not let me in, and he made up some lies about why I was banned from their shower. Then he pointed at the badge on his hat and snickered maliciously as if to intimate to me that he was abusing his police powers to refuse to let me shower. About five minutes later, the LV shooting happened, and I hope most of the people who got killed were the co-workers of the man who snickered while he pointed to the badge.
So... if you all can see my stuff in English now, I'd like to know. It looked like it was in English to me all along. If there was a character encoding attack, however, then all of the persons involved will go into the sick, man-hour intensive defilement, and their family members will go into some version of sick defilement as well.
