what is the reason why governments all across the western world are supporting less capable segments of the population reserving them quotas in classes, jobs, government roles and so on? I'm referring to well known lower IQ clusters. If they are less intelligent on average why pushing for them to have better roles? Aren't we artificially hijacking the natural selection toward lower IQ in the long term? What is the final goal?
