4 random words doesnt seem that good, programs like hashcat allow you to combine words like that with a dictionary. What I do is make up a sentence, like "The brown monkey ate 50 bananas in a tree." Then use the first 2 letters of each word. "Thbrmoat50bainatr."

There are at least 171000 words in the English language. Even if you count only the most commonly used 10000, that's 10^16 possible combinations for a 4 word password.

I use Facebook to keep track of some of my old college friends. My password is between 25-34 characters long. There are no upper case letters. No numbers. No symbols. Facebook called it 'weak' (although it still let me use it thankfully).

yeah nah. it doesn't work that way. you can't count words nobody knows or uses
not to mention only the 100 most common words make up a considerable percentage of words used.
