I've confirmed via rigorous testing that light is actually not a force carrier, in fact there is no such thing as force carrier particles, it's just made up malarkey, light is actually a gaseous state of matter, an element on the periodic table if you will, you can freeze light and convert it to a liquid as well but it's a gas at room temperature.
If you've never seen a rock hard solid block of light then I feel sorry for you, it looks like a crystal sort of glass type of thing, in the shape of a block.
