Me, poor ass fucker who only owns one house, why cant i take out a loan to buy a house and pay that loan back with the rent from that house?

rent is a sure business, why wouldnt this work?

If the problem is that i dont have enough financial back, then why dont the people who can affoard this own literally everything, their wealth should increase exponentially:

Imagine this: each house costs 100$, Rent is 1$ Cost of keeping one person alive is 1$.

Person owns 5 houses, rents 4 of them.

With the money from house 1 he lives
With the money from house 2 she lives
With the money from house 3 his son lives.(this is kept in a strictly one son family)
They all physically live in one house.

Ok, so he has 1$ leftover per month.

In 100 months this family owns an extra house, so they have an extra 1$, so the next house can be bought in 50 months, next one in 25 and so on, until at some point they are buying one house per second or own every house in existence.

Capitalism has existed for a long time and this seems REALLY easy to do if you have capital, why isnt the whole world owned by one person, what stops it?

Like, is there an answer from an economical science point of view or is it because other factors?
