(I have no education in science so maybe this is babby shit but pls, I need your help.)

Hello bros, I started getting extreme tension in my facial muscles recently, like I just kept wincing and it was impossible not to. In my face and head as well. Not classic headaches but extreme tension, to the point where I couldn't do anything, couldn't work, couldn't study, couldn't read, couldn't use my computer for more than short bursts.

I did a lot of trial and error, and long story short, eventually I found the cause - a 2.1 speaker set. I had recently bought a 2.1 speaker set, with a big ass subwoofer. Total 200 watts RMS (130 of which was the subwoofer), 400 peak. I had set them up near me. I never listened too loud, and a lot of the time I didn't them on at all. But they were always plugged in. Once I stopped using them (and kept everything I had recently been doing the same), the facial tension went away.

Even more recently, I moved them somewhere else, a little distance further, but still near me. Within a few days the facial tension came back, was hard to keep my eyes open and function, I just wanted to close them and go to bed. Stopped using them again, the facial tension went away again.
