I feel like extremely smart people get more migraines than usual. I think it's because smart people tend to overthink things and have a lot going on in their neurons that they become overworked and filled with excess neurotransmitters - hence the inflammation that causes the dilation that leads to the pain. Many of history's famous people have had migraine including: julius caesar, napoleon bonaparte, thomas jefferson, robert e lee, woodrow wilson, john f kennedy, mary todd lincoln the wife of abe lincoln, nietzsche. And these ar ejust the documented cases.
