Anyone know a good alternative textbook to: "principles of electronic materials and devices" - 4th ed by S.O Kasap
Preferably one that has solutions included or has a pdf of the solutions manual that can be freely downloaded.

basically needs to cover:
-electron behaviour as particles and waves
-properties and carrier dynamics of electrons in solids - especially in semiconductors
-behaviour of pn junctions
-operation, modelling and design of diodes and transistors
-fermi-dirac statistics

From what i could find the so kasap book seemed to cover it best but I couldn't find the solutions manual anywhere (not without paying anyway.)
