Okay so I’m doing calc 3 right now. Show me your tricks with this problems. Because going the integration by parts twice it’s fucking tedious and I am sure there must an easier way to do this.

It's a bit tedious regardless using some trig identities.
Once you resolve it to a single integral, you can split it up using the half angle identity, then deal with the cosine product with another identity.
Also don't make an entire thread next time, that's what /sqt/ is for.
