Can any medfags or pharmafags tell me if I'm at danger of seratonin syndrome? I take multiple medications and am trying to take 200mg of tramadol. I'm prescribed 50mg Pristiq and 100mg trazadone for sleep. I'm also taking 1600mg of gabapentin to mimic a benzo (it says benzos help undo some of the seratonin syndrome). I have zofran which I think cancels out some of the seratonin issues too. Any ideas on how to take this tramadol without having a seizure or seratonin syndrome?
