Nowhere it disproves the existence of an absolute frame of time.
We can't prove it, but if superluminal comm were real, then what other option would we have? You cant break casuality. You know that you can never actually break causality. Thus the only option is absolute time, which is merely the current state of the universe, without accounting for time dilations, gravitational fields, distance, inertia, etc. Just the current snapshot.
I honestly don't see why it should be so hard to accept.
There are no tools or reasons yet to disprove its existence, but if we do find ftl and the universe keeps going you'll have your proof right there.
It changes nothing to us, we are subject to relativity, it doesn't matter how time actually works behind the scene, but it becomes relevant if we can entirely ignore the space from spacetime.
