You, on the other hand, seem like an elitist loser. We all know and concede that the pure math people are generally the smartest. Your second statement is perfectly true. But the first one is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and (a) give up your ego (if math hasn't forced you to do this already, you haven't studied it enough, and this is probably why you're both failing at the grad-level material and still complaining about it), and (b) revisit engineering. I assure you: you are not "too intelligent" for it.
