What the fuck is this supposed to mean? The wheels spin at whatever the ground (conveyor belt) speed is which is irrelevant to the airspeed.

No, if your wheels are spinning at the same speed as the ground that means you ate not moving relative to the air. In order to move forward the wheels must spin faster than the ground.

I'm guessing the friction from the wheel bearings spinning from the conveyer belt will need to be high enough to counteract the force from the engines
