It's hard to believe anyone would ingest this shit nowadays. Just drink some GHB or something. Hell, there are other, less known types of alcohol (as in not (m)ethanol) that basically have the same effect, but are less toxic due to higher potency (means less crap in the body) and different metabolic pathways.
The only reason it's still popular is a sheepish mindset. There is just no logical explanation for this.
