Is it possible for bacteria to fertilize someone's egg cells and impregnate them with a "retarded human-shit baby?"

Don't get me wrong, I hate this spam faggot as much as the next person but their autism really made me wonder if at all that was even biologically possible. Any medical/bioligical people know?
