your already developed male organs wont disappear and grow into something else, and you'll become hormonally deficient since you'll still have testes, and male organ, you're body compositions, muscles, bones, organs etc will still be functionally similar to a males, given once organs develop they don't regrow into new ones
you'll probably make slightly more estrogen, and significantly less testosterone, but not enough of either to take on traits of that sex
