Pretend I don't know math outside Pre-calculus. How would I go about getting a deeper understanding of QCD? I have already watched the youtube results for it, now I want to know more.

Learn calculus and abstract algebra and differential forms and Lie theory and representation theory.
You will probably want some complex analysis and topology as well.

You won't get a deeper understanding for a very long time. Like the other anon said, you can't understand any QCD without knowing what a Lie group is. But more importantly QCD is a quantum field theory, which is a very difficult topic in physics, and it is a particularly difficult example of a quantum field theory.

Its good that you have a goal in mind, but if all you really know is pre-calc, its stupid to go after this one thing. You really do need to learn about classical mechanics, and E&M and quantum before you can get to that point. Just trying to learn the formal mathematics and going straight for the throat is going to result in you giving up
