Guys, I've been having some really weird symptoms for the past few months where sometimes I feel like a stinging pain directly in my heart, tachycardia and a warn sensation all over my chest along with tiredness, and it's very preoccupying to me.

I'm 23 and this is usually triggered by two things: after a night of drinking, or sometimes by simply eating something. One thing that it's worth pointing out is that I've abusing alcohol for like a year now, hence why I suspect I may have an enlarged heart based on what I've read, but a doctor told me I was just fine even though what I frequently experience is pretty much the symptoms of a heart attack. I took this x-ray which is the one the doctor looked at but I came here to get a second opinion from someone knowledgable to confirm if whether or not i'm fucked. (I know the quality is bad but it's the best I could do).
