1. trial run in Antarctica. 2. Lunar base colony. simultaneously 3. cloud ships in the atmosphere of Venus and 4. colonies on Mars. 5. finally an attempt on Titan. By the time that's done the Ai will have figured out how to get to earth like planets in 5 minutes.

NASA should quietly admit the time has passed. i;d take 90% of that money and insure we have human level robots by 2025. it's there, just need to solve the hand issue. and then after that 90% of the money on key projects to insure we have human level ai by 2029. And, after that, once achieved, work down the line of the above projects
