only buy it if you want to keep it in your physical collection or something, which I would understand because it truly is an elegant treatement of the material. If you want even more material with rigor, try linear algebra done wrong by that russian guy. Overall beautiful book and it stands out from all the rest. 10/10

But.. LADR is exactly that? The only natural way to talk about half of linear algebra is through exterior algebra and Axler, of course, doesn't cover it at all, doesn't about the volume form or Hodge star, either.

It's an alright book for everyone but a pure mathematician/theoretical physicist.

Yeah linear algebra is kinda tricky. Not everyone can learn it by reading the book by themselves. I just finished it and it was fun. Matrices are long and tedious though. Don't give up
