I'm not really into science, but what if the universe is expanding because we are actually inside of a black hole from the real universe?

That could explain the big bang and why the universe is expanding.

(I'm seriously high on 500mg edibles and this thought popped up lol)

That is not a new theory, see the White Hole Theory. Basically, black hole matter goes in to singularity, comes out at another part of (what may be a multiverse) called a whitehole, matter expands out of it a rate so fast that light cannot enter, hence why the universe is expanding a rate faster than the speed of light.

Maybe this strange condensate... of, some bosonic condensate, I don't mean exactly helium 4 but it could be... because all protons and neutrons are centrifugaly teared apart due their shape of charge and mass into hellium 4, and you get... Helium 4, which breaks, and then it fuses in stars...

It's atomic construction is so symetric, it is not influenced by gravity and is possesed in atmoshere out of outer space...

Log4 log 2 beauty or how it's called.

Helium outside of sun is ionized, therefore... You know, like IONIZED, having all big electron being winding, while having flames like boubles of water from heating a water on a stove going out, the hydrogen, that is loosed into space... It however becomes again helium 4 at black hole, because it's something like spin set up from that much energy.

In stars, there could be heavier elements, and metallic hydrogen stays on the outside to divide the place by 1-1... having stuff isolated by some sort of... all neutrons pointing out.

The universe is expanding because its leading edge is composed of the bulk of antimatter present in the universe. The antimatter is repulsed by the matter within, so the edge of antimatter is accelerating outwards. It's unlikely to be uniform, as the antimatter is likely "clumping" together.
