If you can draw a straight line connecting three cities across the map latitudinally and find an airline's flight times for them then you can use that as proof. Going directly from the first city to the third should be significantly faster than going through the second city if the Earth is a globe and it should be about the same if the Earth is flat. The only way to dispute this proof is to claim either that the jets move at radically different speeds or that airline companies are conspiring to lose millions of dollars perpetuating a lie. Some argument might be made about triangles and the arrangement of the continents, but you can repeat this with higher and lower latitudes and compare those to disprove such nonsense.
