cloudy urine / urine sediments

I'm going to need a lot more input this time. Made a thread about this a couple months ago.

Whenever I eat certain foods (e.g. takeaway pizza) there are sediments in my urine and weird smell to it.

I got a urine test and a blood test since my last thread. GP said my urine results were fine which is baffling to me. I can't find anything saying that sediments in urine is ok. I purposely ate pizza the night before the blood test so that it was cloudy, and I was hoping the urine test was going to tell me what the sediments are, but apparently not.

Regarding bloods, my cholesterol is a bit high but my GP wasn't concerned (I have since then started a very extreme diet and I've started taking phytosterols so I imagine that's fixed). My blood sugar was perfectly fine - I thought maybe I had developed diabetes and diabetes-induced hypergylcemia was tearing my kidney up, but it doesn't seem so. The only thing that my GP thought we might check up on was my calcium bloods were high - I am getting another blood test in a few weeks.

Because I haven't been eating much the last few weeks my pee has been looking perfectly healthy and I forgot what my urine used to look and smell like. Last night I ate a pizza and my urine this morning was shockingly bad. Pic related doesn't even compare. How do I find out what's causing this? It's not occasional e.g. yeast infections. It's certain foods that cause it.
