ok mathbros, this is going to be the most stupid thread ever but I want to check if you guys would approve this as legitimate or not.

so to figure out a negative x negative = positive

you could do (-4)*(-4) as (-4)*4+4*4
this would give us (-16)+16=0
then you just add 16 to both sides giving you 16=16 and thus you have figure out how two negatives = positive.
