False dichotomy. It's a combination of the two. As to what has more of an effect on certain outcomes we can look at twin studies. Genetics plays quite a significant role in both personality and IQ for example.

Those twin studies compare middle class families of roughly the same income. Shared culture held the same, one set of parents upperclass the others drug addicts and you would see a huge difference.

It's so illogical. Your environnement has a huge impact psychologically and physically. Peoples behave according to how they reached to their environnement, a Saudi Arabian will be muslim because of its environment not because of genetic for exemple, a Japanese will be more submitted to its hierarchy because of its social environment etc... . Environnement has also an impact on how your body will work, the same genetic in different environments leads to different developments. Also learn about epigenetic.

Depends on the context. Between middle class families in the same country? Between the elite of one nation versus the destitute of another culture?
In the context that this debate is generally held, nature is far more important. Parenting style, school quality, family wealth have minor influence on adult social status in developed countries.

It quite literally does not. It describes proportion of variance in a trait that is explainable by genetic factors. It's calculated from adoption studies (especially of twins), which is why it's difficult to pin a number down on the genetic contribution to group differences. The biggest criticism of these studies is that the environment doesn't vary that much between adopted households because of screening.
