Medfags, I need your help. I am a paranoid retard. I took a blood test, urine test for some dark spot on my genitalia. My Doctor said everything was fine with me after looking at test. But the BACTERIA COCCI result is which is listed at 29 is still bugging me. Isn't urine supposed to be sterile? Was there an oversight by my doctor? Sorry for the rotated pic.

Your sample can't be completely sterile if it's exposed to air on delivery, now can it?

Don't worry about it anon, if you had some sort of bladder infection I am sure there would be a lot more bacteria detected in the sample.

I would imagine it's referent to sterile calibration samples ("fake urine").

Does it burn when you pee?

No. But it burns if I pee after erection or after I hold back peeing for a long time.
Symptoms:

If it burns after masturbation, that's actually a pretty normal thing believe it or not.

All of these things sound fairly normal DESU (this is without hard information on frequency).

Urine is expected to be dark yellow first thing in the morning, this can be exacerbated by dehydration or supplements (notably b vitamins).

I would be inclined to think this is just a case of hyperchondriasis based on what I am hearing.

TL;DR - unless you have reason to be worried (are 50+, have slept with hookers, got kicked hard in the junk, etc) you're almost certainly OK and just overthinking it.

Are these symptoms in anyway related to Penile cancer, Penile Melanoma in particular? There's a huge dark spot right at the opening. Would cancer show up in these rests?

You would want to see a doctor for a physical examination of the spot if you haven't already.

On physical examination if your doctor is concerned about the appearance of the spot, they'll perform a biopsy and see.

The things to be looking out for here are bleeding (will not heal), crustiness, growth, pain, changes in texture/size with an irregular border.

Keep in mind penile melanoma is pretty rare... I think you're just anxious anon.

I did show him the spot, after which he recommended these tests. I have this spot since 8 years, I felt it grew a bit sometime in between. So I went to the doctor. No bleeding or anything, I do feel pain if I press hard enough. It itches from time to time. Should I go back and get the biopsy done? Does it cost a lot?
