Will there ever be a way to stop the brain from shaking violently in the skull? Can we inject som kind of gel cushioning inside our skull to prevent the movement of the brain?

Was brain trauma not as big of an evolutionary hurdle? Is that wjy are brains are still the way they are? You'd think a person with a mutation that suspends their brain partially inside their skull would have come around by now.

I'm not sure what you mean. Onset of CTE is decades after passing sexual maturity. A mutation like described in >>11174457 wouldn't be favored because by the time it would be relevant, everyone has had a chance to pass on their genes.
