There’s no such thing as ADHD, just low intelligence. I got a mechanical engineering degree without ever studying at all, had a 3.6 GPA. Sorry man but I’ve heard this story from so many people in real life that I actually knew who were just stupid. I went to grade school, middle school, and high school with them, they didn’t have ADD, they were just dumbasses.

Reuptake Inhibitors don't work for me how they should, either. Never got to try release agents like Adderall.
Did you try both types?
Cigarettes helped, but I quit them. Maybe periods of conenctration and short vaping breaks on the outside will do the trick for you to gather your thoughts and get shit done. This combo + ritalin did it for me when I studied for my Finals.
If the depressive symptoms are giving you trouble, look into Ketamine(or a uncontrolled analogue - they really do exist - )
That is if you want to rejoin the grind.
I'd understand if you prefer the neet life. It had it moments even for me.

Really the best that could happen to you would be a life partner that gives you guidance like "please redo your cv, you procrastinated for two months ons it"
