No but really, guys care about looks and stuff and women only care about one thing: A super specific fantasy that they all have where their boyfriend is too good for him and they do something stupid to him and he still loves them or something like that. If you dig deep enough you'll see they all have the same fantasy which involves pushing the guy they like away and he is supposed to play along.
It's not to be confused with when girls don't actually like a guy though. In the fantasy they make it clear they like the guy and they are friends for a bit first before she pushes him away by being stupid and he comes back.
