Probably best to start with small amounts of caffeine, then bump up to addy. Slowly increase the dose of addy each day until for a few weeks, and then start meth. Just keep upping the dose until you're eventually breathing 30% air, 70% meth. I expect this should keep you up for at least a few months. I haven't figured out how to stay awake longer, but using the additional time you have from not sleeping, you could probably figure it out.
