What’s the point of clearing rainforests for land when the soil eroded instantly and it only has nutrients to support one or two growing seasons? How retarded must you be to think the transient gains are better than the benefits such an ecosystem brings, such as freshwater supply, pollution filtration, biodiversity and carbon sequestration? Are these people actually animals?
