when I was working on my startup I spent 90% of my free time in front of a computer screen, I ate 2-3 sandwiches a day and got out of my home like 1 a week for meetings.
I had no sex drive, jerked of like once every 2 week, to make sure my dick was still working.

Now I have a great diet, I work out 6 times a week, gained 16kg of muscle and if I go a day without ejaculating it's hard (hehe) to think about anything else.

I'm sure exercise will improve your sex drive, if that's what you want

for a small easy to achieve change just take some vitamins that help with test production. You're most likely deficient in them anyway

you can get all that from some multivitamins

Anyway I made drastic changes and got drastic results. Went from 0 hours of exercise a week and a 1500kcal diet to 12 hours of rigorous exercise a week and a 2500kcal diet. I'm sure you can get part of the libido gains by putting in part of the effort
