Not sure about that. My gut feeling says yes, but I don't know enough about the fields involved.
Distributed ledger is good, but if parties can gain enough (computational) power to overthrow the consensus on what's legit, it's broken by design.

Well, Google said last month that their quantum computer did number of calculations that a supercomputer today would take 10000 years in 200 seconds. So yeah quantum computers would just be able to go through any security that we use today.

It's not that easy. Only some forms of encryption we use today will be broken. There are already candidates for post-quantum cryptography, like McElice for example.

Probably not. Quantum computers make certain algorithms faster by allowing some extra operations that are impossible in classical computers, but they are not all powerful.
