What are the odds of me getting into grad school for statistics?

>majored in finance
>worked full time for all of degree
>lived by myself and no family support
>fucking hated it
>GPA started high but slowly went down
>Graduated with 2.9 GPA
>Start working a real job
>Went from working like 80 hours with school to 40
>fucking easy
>Multiple promotions
>Proficient in C#, Python, SAS
>Read a shit load about statistics since it applied to my job
>coworker quits
>take over pricing models for entire company
>Get recognition from VP of the company and he personally thanks me for keeping the ship from sinking

My academic record is terrible but my work history is excellent. Will a high gmat/gre offset my poor academic performance? How much do they weigh work history?
